The airport has a very crisp and professional look to it. Everything seems to be operating in systematic and meticulous order. The airport is large as it has 1,700 acres under its jurisdiction. The imposing presence of gigantic buildings indicates AAI (Airports Authority of India). One of them is the domestic terminal while the other is the international terminus that was built in 1996. The parking space is well spread as it can easily accommodate more than 80 cars and 6 buses but this facility is available for airport staff.
